1、默认外部收件人邮件提示效果如下，所有非本租户接受的域后缀的邮箱地址均提示
2、设置oe.21vianet.com远程域。
3、PowerShell设置isinternal为$true
登录
Connect-ExchangeOnline -UserPrincipalName admin@contoso.com
4、等待一段时间后，再次输入oe.21vianet.com的地址不再提示外部收件人。
使用组织内其他邮箱，效果一致。
